What Is The Dynamic Data?

Units submit data to National Grid that details their performance capabilities, ie their speed of ramp up from zero and their response times.

This data dictates which units can respond to an event, but perhaps more importantly dictates which units National Grid must strategically call in advance in order to ensure that they are able to participate in the market at a later point in time and which units can simply be used as needed during an event.
